Motor issues, board rework

This unit came into the workshop with an unstable motor, which caused excessive wow and flutter. Upon inspection, we found that the traces on the motor board were corroded, requiring a complete board rework.

We rebuilt the traces on the circuit board and replaced the SMD capacitors with long-life ones.
